Very poor customer service. When we initially called to make an appointment because the online check was “unavailable at this time” the lady argued with me and told me “it works for everyone else” and declined to check us in over the phone. After we refreshed the app and we were able to get it to work we were told to be there at 1:56 (50 minute wait) we arrived at 1:58 and were told that since we didn’t show up on time our stylist was now on a 1 hour lunch break. The lady was rude and did not apologize for the inconvenience. I have had a good experience with this company till today. I would like you to do better.

I sat in line for over an hour in your camarillo and twice your people pushed the person who just had their hair cut that there dad or son looks like they need one, neither were in line and it pushed me and another person farther down the line, I am a regular and will never give you my business again, I just left your competition and honestly they blow your service away, I want my hour and 15 you took from me back, this really upset me and was a horrible way to treat your customers
